Senior Vice President of Operations

With over two decades of experience in hospitality, Wayne Feddon took the helm of the SUSHISAMBA and Duck & Waffle London teams in January 2022, bringing his extensive knowledge and expertise in F&B Operations.

His love for the industry began at just 18 years old when he managed his first restaurant. From there he was propelled into new opportunities, venturing to Spain to manage the five-star luxury leisure resort, La Manga Club. In 2011 he returned to the UK to continue his path with renowned groups including Drake & Morgan, D&D, and Soho House, building his leadership experience from General Manager, to Operations Manager, and Head of Operations.

Today, in his role as VP of Operations, Wayne is spearheading the group’s vision with fresh energy, thoughtful stewardship, and critical tact across the brands’ locations in the United Kingdom and abroad, including SUSHISAMBA upcoming openings in the Middle East.
