Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales with over 25 years of experience working in both industry and practice as a chartered accountant, strategic business partner and finance leader. His extensive finance background and diverse business and commercial knowledge across various sectors, including strategic business planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management, make him an invaluable member of the SUSHISAMBA Group.

As Finance Director, Simon oversees the financial operations and strategies of the company's diverse portfolio of restaurants, playing a crucial role in driving growth objectives forward. His passion for nurturing high-performing teams and fostering a strong corporate culture is evident in his leadership style.

Prior to joining the SUSHISAMBA Group, Simon held notable positions at KMPG, AstraZeneca AB (Sweden), and the Royal Bank of Scotland. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Simon enjoys spending quality time with his family, and is an avid triathlete, having participated in numerous Ironman events.
